Man, I see in fight club the strongest and smartest men who’ve ever lived. I see all this potential, and I see squandering. God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don’t need. We’re the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War’s a spiritual war… our Great Depression is our lives. We’ve all been raised on television to believe that one day we’d all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won’t. And we’re slowly learning that fact. And we’re very, very pissed off.

This is my girlfriend. She is by far at this point in my life the strongest person I’ve ever known. Her name is maddie. She has been my best friend for 5 years, that has stuck with me through everything , and I am so blessed because I know now how impossible that is to find. Her smile can litterly light up my world, and I know that will never change. She has made my life so much better in more ways than I could have possibly imagined . She makes all the bullshit that we go through now worth it, and gives me more hope than anything else. hope for a brighter world, hope for a new life, and that will get us through this all together. I love her more than words can describe, and nothing can ever change that. I love you babygirl.
